Big Rox Comedy Show, later donned "Audience Plant Comedy" at De Buena Planta, was a weekly stand-up comedy show at Jewel in Silver Lake from May 2022- March 2023. Hosted by Addie Weyrich, Dana Donnelly, Christine Medrano, and Maddie Connors, Big Rox/Audience Plant introduced audiences to different comedians every week.

Lauren produced and ran the weekly stand-up comedy show at both Jewel and De Buena Planta. Duties included coordinating weekly bookings, overseeing finances, and facilitating weekly set up, break-down, and line-producing of the show.
